Free Google review link & QR code generator

Paste your Place ID, get the direct link to your Google review form plus a print-ready QR code. Free, no signup, and it all happens in your browser. Nothing is uploaded or stored anywhere.

Don’t have your Place ID? Open Google’s free Place ID Finder, search your business name, and copy the ID it shows. Takes about 30 seconds. An existing review link (search.google.com/local/writereview) pastes fine too. A regular Google Maps link will not work: Maps links do not contain your Place ID.

How it works

  1. Open Google’s free Place ID Finder and search your business name. Copy the Place ID it shows for your listing.
  2. Paste the Place ID above and hit Generate.
  3. Copy the link into invoices, texts, and emails. Download the QR and put it where customers finish their visit. Every scan opens your Google review form directly.

This QR points straight at Google, not through respondyr.com, so it keeps working even if you never sign up for anything.

Common questions

What is a Place ID?
A Place ID is the unique code Google assigns to every business on Google Maps. It looks like a long string of letters and numbers, usually starting with "ChIJ". Google gives it out free from their Place ID Finder page, and it never changes for your listing.
Does the link or QR code expire?
No. The link goes straight to Google’s review form for your business, and Google keeps it working as long as your listing exists. It does not route through respondyr.com, so it keeps working whether or not you ever use Respondyr.
Where should I put the QR code?
Wherever a happy customer is standing when the job wraps up: the front counter, invoices and receipts, business cards, the clipboard they sign, a sticker on the service truck. The small size fits a card or receipt, the large size prints clean on a poster.
What happens if I join Respondyr later?
Everything you printed keeps working, because your QR points directly at Google. When you connect your Business Profile, the app shows this same public link alongside a branded short link that adds scan tracking, so anything new you print can be measured. Nothing needs to be reprinted.

The reviews come in. Then what?

A QR code fills your review page. Respondyr answers it: a reply to every Google review in your voice, same day, with negative reviews held for your approval before anything posts.
